Villa Description
Oceana Villa is a classic Caribbean style 6 Bedroom, 6 1/2 bath home featuring pool, split system a/c's in every room including the great room up and media room down. This home has great views overlooking Great Cruz Bay and easy access.
Completed in early 2006, this villa shows off the stone mason’s artisanship. Using a dry stack technique, the native stone is carefully cut and fitted creating walls that make it appear as if no mortar was used in its construction.
Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap for shower, dish soap, dishwasher soap laundry detergent, softener. Beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels and linens!
Bring your sun shade - beach umbrellas are getting ready to be banned - to save the turtle nests in the National Park.

Great Stay

Rental and Cancellation Policy
- 50% deposit of rent and $50 Reservation Fee required to confirm booking.
- Balance is due within 60 days of arrival date.
- Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% of rent & Reservation Fee.
- We prefer payment by check, if using a credit card there is a 5% CC
- Cancellations will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee.
- No refunds will be given unless exact dates are re-rented.
- Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year round.

Awesome Experience Staying at Oceana in STJ
We were amazed by the Oceana property from the minute we arrived. This spacious home has a breathtaking view and every amenity folks would ever need. Oceana is located just a very short drive from Cruz Bay and is even closer to grocery and food options. Jackie Harrison and her property management staff at Vacation Vistas made sure we were welcomed to our vacation home and spent valuable time walking us through every amenity. She checked in several times to make sure all was going well and even helped us locate excellent child care.

Winter in paradise
You will not find a better view to drink your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It was perfect for 5 adult couples. Everyone had there own space and bathroom. The house also has a fully stocked kitchen, for cooking your own meals. The house is located about one mile from Cruz bay, where you will find bars/restaurants/groceries and shopping. Our favorite dinners were Extra Virgin and La Tapa. We also had Woody’s cook the fish we had caught for dinner one night and it was wonderful. It was the perfect spot for our St. John vacation.

Amazing house and location!
The house is spectacular! We loved the location (right next to the Westin). The management company folks were super helpful and welcoming. We would go back for sure.

Hilton Head Island Invades St John
We had 5 couples from Hilton Head come down to St John, most of us for the first time!!! We truly enjoy St John and the beauty of the island. Jackie was truly wonderful to work with for Oceana, the house was perfect for our group, close to downtown and the grocery stores.

We just ended an amazing ten days at Oceana. The house is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our family of eleven, with five children ages five and under and the adults loved it too. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated- perfect island charm! You will not see a better sunset. We've been renting houses on St. John for over ten years and this is definitely my favorite!!

We loved this Villa, it was a great stay!

Great Stay!
My husband and I and our 4 friends, had a great week stay at Oceana last week, 5/2-5/9. We loved the Villa. Having all bedrooms face {Great} Cruz Bay was great. The openness of the villa and views were awesome. The architecture of Oceana is beautiful. I've stayed at several Villas over the years and this is by far one of my favorites. I also must tell you that we had dinner at Zozo's and it was incredible….. The food was excellent. Thanks again and as always it's a pleasure dealing with you and Vacation Vistas. One other thing, we had a {small} problem one night, and you sent {maintenance} over to the villa.... he was there very quickly and fixed the issue quickly… he was a very nice guy. Thanks again and will be in touch.

Fabulous!!!
Have been traveling to St John for more than 28 years and Oceana is by far the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Spacious, private, close to town, easy access, and very comfortable. All the bedrooms are separated in a way to offer privacy to each guest. very well furnished with plush bedding and a/c in every room. Fantastic views and sunsets. Nice dipping pool to cool off in after a day in the sun. Jackie Harrison does a fantastic job coordinating travel from the airport and to take care of any needs that might come up during your stay. I would absolutely rent from Vacation Vistas again, and would not hesitate to request Oceana as my first choice. Five stars!
