Reservations
may be made in writing, by telephone or email. Reservations
will be held ten days for receipt of deposit.

A 50%
deposit of the entire rental is required to hold a home.

No refunds
on cancellations unless the villa is re-rented. Amount of
refund is based on re-rental for the full period of time
reserved. Any refunds made will be less a 10% service charge
of the full rental. |

Final
payments are required 60 days prior to arrival.

Villas
are rented for a 7 night minimum, no restrictions apply
to the day of arrival. We will gladly let you arrive any
day of the week as long as it does not impede a weeks rental
on either end. Airfares are often much cheaper and more
available on non-weekend dates.

Checkout
time is 10am. Villas are generally available for occupancy
by 3/4 pm. Late checkouts can be arranged depending on our
schedule, most often we have guests arriving that same day
which would eliminate that option. You may choose to pay
for an additional night if you have a very late flight.

A security
deposit of $250 is required. |

These
rates do not include 8% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax.

Jeep
rentals gladly made upon request. |

Maid
service can be arranged for an additional fee if staying
less than 10 nights, for over 10 night stays we can provide
one maid service free IF arranged ahead of time

Villas
are rented by the number of bedrooms used. In most homes
this is done on the honor system. In some homes the other
bedrooms will be locked. |
