Rentals
are for 7 night minimum or more, unless we happen to have
a home that has a smaller window available. IF we have a
smaller window open there will be a one time "Less
Than 7 night fee" which will vary depending on the
number of people and the house in question (usually $125-175).

Day
of arrival may be any day of the week so long as that arrival
does not leave an un-rentable period just prior (rentals
need to butt into existing rentals where
ever possible).

All
homes are non-smoking.

Rates
are based in the number of bedrooms used by the party renting
the villa (no other party would be sharing) this is in order
to not penalize smaller groups with a higher house rate. |

We do
not rent to more people than a house has actual beds.

Deposits
of 50% are required to hold a reservation, full payment
if within 60 days of the rental.

* |
Balances
are due 60 days prior to the rental.
|
* |
Payments
may be made by personal, bank or certified check. Credit
Cards are not directly accepted. |

All
deposits are non-refundable unless the home is re-rented
for the same period of time and to the same number of people-
All attempts will be made to secure a new booking.

Refunds
made will be less a 10% service charge of the full rental.

Travel
Insurance is highly recommended. It covers many travel issues
besides weather and illness! |

All
homes are privately owned. It is expected that guests will
treat the homes with utmost respect for the owner, manager,
future renters and neighbors.

Most
homes are in private residential neighborhoods where sound
can carry easily, we ask that our guests refrain from loud
noise in the early morning and later evenings. |

Any party/event or gathering
for more people than the villa can sleep MUST be approved
prior to check in by the home owner. |

Vacation
Vistas does everything within it's power to be sure that
your villa is in full working order when you arrive. Please
note that we have no control over the cable TV, Phone and
wireless companies. We will make every attempt to have them
remedy any issues in a timely manner. We fully expect you
to call if you have any issues whatsoever with the house
or anything that doesn't work and we will happily correct
the situation if at all possible! |
