We accept direct bookings one year in advance. Current guests get first right of refusal up to the time of their departure.
We DO NOT require Sat arrivals. Every attempt is made to keep full weeks of 7 days open between bookings and to limit open dates to not more than 2 days between bookings.
Green squares are dates that can be booked for arrival or departure.
7 nights may be accepted for Christmas/New Year's 2012/13- arrival must be on Dec. 20/21/22 OR Dec. 28/29/30- OTHERWISE 10 nights is required and special rates apply- see each villa for exact details.
Regular rates apply to Thanksgiving and Winter Break weeks!
Summer rates begin April 1,2014 and run through Dec 15th.
We are quickly filling dates a year out so don't delay!
We do not accept arrivals on Dec 25, Jan 1, July 4 or Thanksgiving Day.
