We accept direct bookings one year in advance. Current guests get first right of refusal up to the time of their departure.
We DO NOT require Sat arrivals. Every attempt is made to keep full weeks of 7 days open between bookings and to limit open dates to not more than 2 days between bookings.
Green squares are dates that can be booked for arrival or departure. 7 nights may be accepted for Christmas/New Year's 2012 special rates apply- see each villa for exact details.
Regular rates apply to Thanksgiving, Winter Break weeks, or Easter!
Summer rates begin April 7, 2013 and run through Dec 15th.
Don't delay- we already have lots of advance bookings- some homes are filling up for next winter!
