Cancellation Policy
for Vacation Vistas

All bookings require a 50% deposit to be confirmed.
(Full payment required for all reservations made within 60 days of arrival)

Deposits will not be refunded unless the property has been re-rented. All cancellations must be made in writing. There will be a 10% service charge of the full rental rate on all refunds for properties successfully re-rented. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended
for travel at all times of the year.
