Privately secluded atop Maria Bluff, Splendore is completely screened and connected by breezeways. There are breathtaking ocean views from every room. Enter through a garden courtyard to behold the azure blue sea.

 

 

Beneath one’s feet is the cool feel of custom Italian tile throughout. Elegantly furnished with tropical woods and the highest quality fabrics, this home is a delight for entertaining or just relaxing. The villa is caressed by gentle trade winds and surrounded by fragrant tropical gardens of banana, hibiscus and bougainvillea.

The pool court offers complete privacy and dazzling views of the Caribbean and the islands of St. Croix and St. Thomas. Enjoy the refreshing invisible edge pool, the sounds of a cascading waterfall or the relaxing spa. Here, you will find the peaceful seclusion to read or simply unwind.

 

 

The Great Room is designed for sharing the beauty of this island paradise with family and friends; living, dining and kitchen occupy a soaring, light-filled space. A complete entertainment center features TV and CD player, Sony sound system and Bose speakers. Books and games are also provided for your enjoyment.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen adjoins the dining area within the great room. With its well-appointed appliances and spacious cooking island, even the most discriminating chefs will savor cooking or entertaining at Splendore.

 

The entire ocean side of the Great Room features disappearing pocket doors that welcome in the sea breeze and the views beyond. Outside is a Caribbean-style verandah that beckons you to enjoy a cool drink while viewing stunning Caribbean sunsets. Later, celebrate the evening while grilling, dining or relaxing as you watch the shimmering lights of St. Thomas across the water.

 

 


The east wing features a luxurious, air-conditioned, master king suite with garden shower that adjoins a trellised terrace, pool and spa, all with a view of the Caribbean Sea.

The Tower stands above the entry and provides a secluded study/office/bedroom with sweeping ocean views and delicious breezes. A Queen-size Lane sofa bed provides a comfortable sleeping option.




Through a cool breezeway from the Great Room is the west wing, offering a second air-conditioned master king suite, featuring a garden shower, a private, covered portico and a view of the Caribbean and nearby islands.



Splendore’s unique garden showers offer a feeling of nature in a fully screened setting that is enhanced by lovely tropical foliage.


Life at Splendore is beautiful. Spend your time hiking, boating, swimming or snorkeling on St. John’s world-famous white sand beaches, then return to cool yourself in your refreshing pool.
