This Cliffside waterfront villa has a lovely pool, views without end, large fully air-conditioned great room, multiple dining options, abundant decks, 2 master suites with a/c, and lower 3rd bedroom with a/c for kids, all surrounded by lovely native gardens. The house is extremely private.
The whole house has WIFI high speed internet available for guest use.

 

The Pool deck has plenty of lounging space and expansive views. The pool is 15 X 6 with a neat sitting shelf for lounging
with coffee or cocktails. A wonderful flowering Plumaria vine screens the pool from the upper decks.


As the waves of Pillsbury Sound crash into the cliffs far below in winter months or gently lap the shore in summer, scenes of St. Thomas and all the outer cays can be viewed from the almost everywhere in this lovely native stone home. At night the twinkling lights of the distant islands along with the stars form a splendid backdrop for your total relaxation.


The open air great room of SERENITY spills onto the multi level deck area.
The Living area sports comfortable furnishings including a recliner.

The outdoor, covered, upper dining area has Weber BBQ and sun shades, with easy access just off the kitchen.

The great room offers a full entertainment area with DVD/Cable TV and stereo as well as an indoor dining area that seats 6.
You have the option of enjoying the natural tradewinds or a/c.

The kitchen is spacious and incredibly well equipped with an island between it and the great room
encouraging relaxation and conversation.


The two upper master king suites of this three bedroom villa open out onto the deck and enjoy views of both the sea and gardens.

Each suite has its own bath and air conditioning.
There is also a private, outdoor shower that can be accessed by either room.

The lower bedroom is perfect for children or teenagers and also has a private full bath and air conditioning.

This villa has gorgeous, well established, flowering gardens surrounding the home.
The entrance garden has an additional seating area for alfresco cocktails, breakfast or lounging in the hammock.

SERENITY sits high on the cliffside of Maria Bluff
(the peninsula between Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole).

Convenient to Cruz Bay, yet located in one of St. John's loveliest residential neighborhoods Serenity is island living at its best.
